Small knicks at the end of the cylinder bore.

I bought a rebuilt short block and I'm tearing it apart to check the ring gaps. I removed all the pistions and 2 of the cylinders at the end have small knicks in them. They are not sharp and they are dented in the bore, I can feel it with my finger nail. Is this ok? Or does this need to be fixed?

If you feel bad about them and think they may start a crack, carefully sand/file them out without disturbing where the rings go on the cylinder wall. Personally on a street engine, I'd find something else to do with my time. like replacing the oil galley plugs with threaded ones.
