    Take a stock Corvette...not a ZO6 by have you.

Just wondering. I have a K&N Air filter so far...and that's it. Man I was looking at my exhaust this weekend. It has freaking Baffeling in it. What in the hell is up with that!

    LOL

Depends....what do you mean by "Take"?

All things being equal though....(equal drivers, equal conditions, etc.)

You should be able to take a stock C5 with your stock '04, but the new C6 would give you a good run for your money.

Stock Cobra vs. stock C5 = Cobra
    Stock Cobra vs. stock Z06 = Z06

You'll beat a regular LS1 C5 with ease (granted that you know how to decently drive)

A new guy at work just bought a C5. He paid over $50,000 for the car and it was basically stripped!!! I told him I would race him for pink slips. When he found out what I had he declined.

Heard the exhaust is the way it is to decrease noise levels due to the s/c noise. Federal standards or something. Get a Cold air intake and an exhaust and you are looking at over 400 to the wheels easy.
