After destroying my old engine, I switched to performer aluminum heads. I also bought a set of edelbrock chrome valve covers used off the forums. I tried using the stock valve covers and they are hitting the rockers before the holes line up. the verticle edge of the rockers are hitting, not the tops) So I put on the Edelbrocks and they fit fine, but when I toss on my super charger, they are about an inch too tall! I think I have heard of valve covers being for either EFI or carb, but I thought that had to do with breathers. Does anyone know which covers I need? I can orfer from JEGS and maybe have them for the weekend.

Thanks

(I'm using 1.6 RR)

Try Canton #65-345

"These SBF polished cast aluminum valve covers are a direct bolt-in for '86-'93 EFI Mustangs. They are tall enough to clear most roller rockers but short enough to fit under stock EFI intakes. They include a billet aluminum filler cap and a barbed fitting for the throttle body breather tube."
