My brother finally opened his spice company, if you like spicy food take a look at his website, I have a couple recipes up on the site, so check it out and buy some spice!!!!! It's great and pretty cheap too.... Also if you buy some and have a different recipe for it let me or him know and we'll put it up on the site, if you are a chef or have a restaurant we will put your name or restaurant or both on the site as well as a link to your website, so we can get some cross promotion going.... It's a win win situation for us all......

It's really good too, I use it wherever I want some zing to food, the flavor is one of a kind, and you can adjust the heat level just by adding or subtracting. You'll love it.

Does he have a package available ... that comes with an acid controller or TUMS?

Man do I LOVE spicy food .... but I usually just can't physically handle it. My esophagus feels like it's on fire for 2 days if I eat something really spicy.

But I still do it, lol.

Ground chili's garlic salt, and a couple secret spices... lol. It's only spicy if you want it to be, the more you put on the spicier it get's, I use it as a flavor enhancer, it makes all the other spices in a dish pop! So it's not one of those spices that hurts, unless you want it to.

Can you get an ETA on the BBQ sauce? When the temps start dropping I start grilling again. Any chance of hime offering sample packets?

Have you tried diluting the spice with filtered water and injecting it into the meat? If so how'd you like it? Easy to do or are the grains to large that it clogs the needle?

It would work just fine, however if you want to inject flavor it's much better to infuse it with an oil base instead of a water base, Spice carries in oil but not in water, use an olive or vegetable oil, stay away from oil's with strong flavor (extra virgin olive oil, peanut oil, and sunflower oil have very distinct flavors). I like light olive oil, corn oil, or vege oil, zero colesterol or trans fats as well.

I have 4 different recipes for BBq, sauce which one do you want?
    1. Mango BBq
    2. Papaya BBQ
    3. Coffee BBQ
    4. hot and spice Brown sugar and honey BBQ.
These recipes take time to make but it's worth it.

I use this as a dry rub for my ribs, then when there cooked I do a heavy brushing of BBQ sauce and put them on the top BBQ rack until the sauce cooks in....

My folks have a vacuum sealer machine. They bought those containers you can hook up to it. Works awesome for marinating meat in a matter of seconds.

It showed up today (shipped Mon) and tried it on some pop corn it tasted perfect. It does have a kick to it, and it can get really hot if you pour it on. I love my food really hot ( I eat hot wings with Tabasco :D) and Scorpion Spice Mix will work just fine for adding heat to any thing. I plan on adding it to some Chili I already have made to "kick it up another notch" ;)
