Some questions about lights

Well I installed my headlights yesterday which was a pretty major appearance modification Clear corners will be ordered next


Anyways, since I have factory replacement type lights, is there a way for me not to allow them to cloud over like the previous lights did?

My foglight housing had water in it so I fixed the leak. I reinstalled the housing and it's discolored due to the water/slime

What can I use/do to clean the inside of the lens so I can finally run my fogs again? Water swishing around didn't help it
