glad someone figured out something lets hope this is the fix for many others as well!dpjedi said:Guys it's the bolts at the top/bottom (or both) of the vertical brace that connects the sway bar to the strut. Use a wrench (I forget what size) to hold the nut in place, and an 8mm socket for the bolt. Turn the BOLT with the 8mm socket to the LEFT to tighten, yes the LEFT. If it moves at all, there's your issue. Mine needed another turn and as of this morning the car is rock solid over everything from crappy road ruts to RR tracks. Check it out.

my 06 gt has tien springs in it now but was making that noise from the day i drove it off the lot i am going to tru the steeda a arm bushings next i tightened everything in the front but no help sometimes my sounds like it is coming from the back the guy at ford said he heard nothing.
Subscribing, I've got the same issue since the car was new. Getting ready to replace the entire suspension to resolve issue.
