Sound deadening material

Could anybody tell me how many square feet of sound deadening I would need to cover the floor, doors and trunk on an '02 GT? I'm putting a high end stereo in. Whats the best quality/brand for the money? I appreciate any input.

I don't know how many sqft but, dynamat, if I spelled that right, is supposed to be really good.

Guessing on the footage I'd measure the width of the car and the lenght of the area you need to cover and get the footage from that and then add another 10% to it and that should be enough.

guessing 10 length X 7 width = 70sgft + 7 = 77 round up to 80sqft roughly.
