Space Saver Spare Questions

I have a original space saver spare. Never used. Just wondering if anyone could tell me what cars came with it. It is a 15", the marking off the tire are: L78 -15 underneath reads 9.15 - 15. The wheel has a 14 YA and k2-6 9 and Ford oval stamped in it. Just wondering what types cars used it and if it worth anything to anyone?

I found one at a salvage yard. The rim is only about 3" wide x 16" tall and the tire is very thin as well. It's solid aluminum, very light. It looks pretty cool. I stood it up next to the new tires and rims and its only about 1/2" shorter.

I'll have to dig out the build book to tell you what car I got it out of. But it is the proper bolt pattern, and the hub center hole was large enough to fit over the Granada front end. Pretty cool.

The one I have is on a steel wheel. It looks to be around 7" wide, and pretty heavy maybe 35 lbs.
