Spring perch hitting A Arm?

As you can see in the pictures below the tab on my drivers side spring perch is right up against the A arm. What would cause this? Fairly new perches, brand new coils, ~15 year old A arms.

Maybe I should pony up and get the rollers, but I'd hate to ruin those too if they align like this.

It does look like the perch body has slid on the bushing. It is off center for sure.

We have never had a problem with the roller perches hitting the arm like that.

Ok thanks, guess I should of just pm'd you. I'm going to replace it with a regular one and make sure something isn't causing this before I order a set of your rollers. I am pretty sure I replaced this a few years ago, and the car was in a pretty bad drivers side accident many years ago. The shop at the time told us everything was still straight, but I have a suspicion that is not correct.
