Squeak - passenger side front - Need help

I have been searching the forums for a while and can't seem to find a post that describes the exact problem I am having. Basically, there is a metal on metal squeaking sound coming from the passenger front side of the car when I hit a bump. It only happens when I hit a bump at over 30 mph, like a pothole. It does not happen when I go over a speedbump slowly. My car is lowered about 1.8" in the front. I replaced the shocks with tokico hp's 2 months ago, and I do have cc plates. It does not make the noise at any point when steering the car. I am wondering if it is the ball joints, but any advice would be appreciated.
