The steeringwheel in my 92 is getting really squeaky. It happens when going over bumps and sometimes with road vibration. I was wondering if there was something i should lubricate or tighten that will make the niose go away. It gets really annoying when the radio is low. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

there are some bolts to tighten if the whole tilt assembly has slop. is that it, or something else (dont know ive ever seen a noisy wheel in and of itself)?

if it's the tilt mechanism, take the upper and lower column covers off and you will see two bolts near the turn signal stalk. remove, loc tite them and reinstall snug. there are two more bolts that i cant remember about. mustangworld or a site like it has a tech article on it.
good luck.
