starting issues .....

I just bought a 98 gt convertible last week all of a sudden I am have problems starting. sometimes it works other times it does not. when it is not working there is no fuel pressure and you can not hear the fuel pump priming. anyone have any ideas on why it works sometimes and not others? thanks

I would probably hit the mod-motor sub-forum here. The electrical pathways are a bit different enough on your 98GT vs a fox or 94-95, that we might not have the most accurate advice (nor know idiosyncrasies).
