ordered me some control arms from steeda on monday. 
got them yesterday, and installing them today. they are the competition aluminum lowers (400+ rwhp) with poly bushings, and adjustable uppers with poly bushings. total bill came to $439. i know i could have gotten cheaper ones but they were alum or adjustable so.... i was really surprised with how light the lowers are. they don't weigh a thing. so now i'm on my way to traction.
