Thanks, glad to hear that. Im used to the old billet, built like a tank tri-axes. This one judging just by the pictures ive seen, looks a little...uh........wimmpy. No stop bolts to prevent overshifting and bent shift forks. Maybe this new tranny doesnt need that???
This shifter is made of solid billet aluminum, it is very strong. There are two reasons why shift stops were not used. First, if we had manufactured shift stops in to the design, you wouldn't be able to use you factory boot. Secondly, the stock transmission has shift stops manufactured into them, and we seen a trend of customs damaging there transmissions do to improperly adjusted shift stops. You definitely made a great purchase and Tri-Ax is still the best shifter on the market for mustang.
