Steering problem

I could be at a dead stop and if i stomp on the gas my steering wheel jerks to the right and if i start to let off the gas i can feel the steering jerk back to the left to straighten the steering wheel. It also does this on the freeway if i am cruising and punch the gas which is very scary... What could this issue be and what can i do to fix it????

The rear axle is loose at one side, or you have damage at the eye at the front of a rear spring.
