Stereo Grounding Help

Im having a grounding problem i think getting major engine noise with my speaker amp, its a Kicker IX Digital Amp, already did a 2nd ground to the deck, and even put in a ground loop isolator..

Right now i just sanded the paint off in the trunk and grounded to the bottom of the trunk, did this twice one side for the digital amp and on the opposite side i did the same thing for the Sub amp..

So where are you all grounding too, or do you think its something else??

they are a good foot apart, i messed up when running them should of done rcas on the other side, but i thought that was the problem first, so i pulled the deck and just plugged in a new set just running it over the seats and stuff and i still got that problem..
