Still having problems!

Ok I am still having problems with my stang. When I drive it for a lil bit and the motor gets good and hot and I turn her off she does not want to restart. It is getting fuel and fire. It cranks perfect just not starting. If you let it sit for a few hours it will start. Car runs perfect when it is running. I believe it does it when the temp gauge in dash goes over 1/2 to 3/4.
Here are a list of parts replaced.
255 fuel pump, adj fuel regulator, fuel filter, distributer, module on distributer, injectors.
Plugs, wires.

Here is the mods.
GT40 heads, 1.7 RR, Cobra intake, BBK equal length headers, u/d pulleys
cold air intake, 1" intake spacer.

I have tried pulling codes but get nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you put silicon grease between the module and the distributer when you installed it?
The silicon grease creates a heat barrier to protect the mudule against high heat.
Just a thought

Right about one thing and wrong about another ...

The silicone grease helps conduct heat away from the TFI module. Believe it or not, it uses the aluminum distributor housing as a heat sink to soak up the heat it makes while operating. In 94 or later models, Ford saw the error of their ways and mounted the TFI off the distributor to a cooler place in the engine compartment.
