Stock Cam Specs needed

I am trying to tune my car for mileage and I want to play with the injector timing table, for that I need to know the stock cam specs... Anyone have these handy?

I think they are in one of my mustang books at home but not sure...

I appreciate it as always guys...

202/202 dur @ .05, .448/.448 lift not too sure of the LSA or ICL.

Stanger007 - Do you have any more part number (screenshots) you can post of the camshafts?

I also don't understand if the intake centerline is 118 and the exhaust centerline is 116, why is the LSA, 115?

That's a typing error. The correct F1ZE-6250-AA cam specs are:

Duration 276*/266*
Lift 0.445"/0.445"
LSA 115.5*
ICA 118*
ECA 113*

The correct E5ZE-6250-AA cam specs are:

Duration 266*/266*
Lift 0.444"/0.444"
LSA 115*
ICA 116*
ECA 114*

I assume the .444X is rounded up to .445"?
 
So looking at the cam specs and my caledit, how can the injectors be timed to stop injecting at 280 & 420 if the 280 is clearly during the exhaust cycle for low load?
it is spraying the fuel on the backs of the closed intake valves. this is not a problem if there is no overlap in the cam ... it is actually a pretty good idea because that helps to cool the valves a little and atomize the fuel better.

it is only a problem when there is overlap in the cam because then some of the fuel can go out with the exhaust and the mixture can then be too lean
