strap or manifold making noise ?

Hello, i've a little trouble with my 98 GT manual. Since a couple of week, when i start my car the morning, there's a a strange noice coming from the engine. I've open the hood and listen and the sound seem to come from the strap. I've already get this kind of noise on my Eagle Vista 88 ,Ive changed the strap and the sound have stoped. But on my stang, the strap isn't loose' neither too hard.

This sound is present only when it's cold outside and it last until my engine temp is at "normal" temp.

Anyone have any idea what is my probleme?

Probably just your idler pully. Bearings or something are probably shot, thats what happened on my buddys 97. After it warmed up, no problem.

Do you have an idea how much cost this idler pully ? And is it need special tool to change it ?

It just unbolts,you'll want a big ratchet to loosen the tension off the belt though.
