just bringing this thread back up, since il be purchasing a converter from Andre, shortly.

he recomend a 3000-3200 stall speed for mine. I start to make full boost around 3200-3400rpm. with 500+lbs of torque down to 3400rpm, off the line, that should make for fun!

Wonder what kind of improvment i would see.

I was cutting 1.9-2.0 60's with the stock stall, on slicks, footbraking to 1500rpm, and flashing the convertor.

If you can get it to hook, you should be in the 1.6 60 foot range..... high tens would be an understatement.
