Summit aluminum radiator for $220 less..Suggestions to install stock fan?

    zip ties are ur friend... i've had them on my car for like 2 years now and no problems

    So is this a good buy?? I just fixed my A/C and saw that my car goes up to 210+temps really quickly!!!

    yeah the summit rad fits pretty good.

    bottom - used stock rubber mounts
    top - i had some pieces of metal bent up and just bolted them to the radiator support and they hold the rad inplace pretty good

    the stock fan needs a little trimmed off it for a good fit. i used zip ties but they also sell some things used specifically to attach electric fans to radiators (dunno the name now)

    Yes. Based on everything I have read they are. Just take some fitting for the fan.

    What would be the impact of it not having a drain valve? The old coolant in the radiator woul dmix with the new after a flush?

    not much. those things never work after a couple of years anyway. I always rtemove the lower hose to drain the rad. (much quicker)
