Supercharger/turbo and compatability with existing mods

I have a 2006 mustang gt automatic, with a K and N cold air intake, roush underdrive pulleys, 3:73 rear end, and an SCT 2 tuner.

Here are my questions:

1) Is the CAI compatible with a supercharger set up

2) Do i have to go back to stock pulleys or are they compatible

3) When i get my ecm reflashed, am i able to use my sct due to the changed rear gears or will they do it for me.

4) If i get a charger/turbo that does not come with a program and I install myself how do I get the tune and ect.

Supercharger systems come with their own air filter.

If you have a custom turbo system installed they can possibly re-use the CAI you currently have.

You will have to remove the UD pullies.

You can purchase a blower system and have them exclude the hand tuner, then load the new tune in your SCT tuner. The guy that programs it can make the gear ratio adjustment before it's even loaded in the car's pcm. Different suppliers have different capabilities as far as programming goes. Some may hook you up, some may not, so call around.

Tunes can be emailed to you and loaded into the hand tuner device.

You shouldn't have any trouble selling the UD pullies and CAI.
