im not gonna be of much help, but were it me, i would go with greasable bushings. i hate stuff that doesnt have zerk fittings. sway bars can be noisy, and being able to shoot some grease in there is nice. i have non greasable ones (didnt know they offered greasable), and they make noise (and the poly control arm bushings too). i used whatever end links E.S. recommended. i dont remember.
    good luck.

I have the energy suspension greaseably ones. No squeaking at all.

Greaseable and 1 5/16". I think my Energy ones were about $20.00. You will have to keep the top metal fitting. Not to sure about the endlinks, whatever the stock size is. I got all of mine from 50resto.com.
