t-5 1st and 3rd harder to shift help

i have a 68 mustang with a efi conversion 5.0 ho and a t-5 swap. well the trans was doing great for 500 miles. then i got on it for a bit and now 1st and 3rd are harder to go in to gear. the shifter is a pro 5.0. im guessing mabey a bent shift fork but im not as familliar with the t-5. thanks in advance

Is reverse also hard to shift?

When my T5 died it started showing signs by popping out of third by itself while I was cruising. Maybe you are having a clutch/TOB problem?
