T and L Engine development

Hi guys. I have an 89 GT that I am considering putting a 347 stroker in. I am looking at T and L engine development, mainly because of the pricing. I have read a couple of places that they build good engines, it's just the shipping thats not very good. I have read that it takes a long time to get your stuff. If anyone has ever dealt with this place, or knows anything about this place, I would love to hear your comments about them. Thanks in advance for your time.
