For a couple of months now I've been trying to decide which cat back would sound best. I had a prochamber and flows welded in my stock cat back. It sounded ok but was restrictive and too quiet for me. So I put a MAC cat back on it and damn does it sound good :D . Its loud but not disustingly loud. It sounds really mean not raspy. I've gotten tons of compliments.

Its a great setup if you want people to hear you coming. :nice:

Mac's may sound good - but I believe they flow even worse than flowcrappers...

I dont see how thats possible. Tha Mac has large piping, only bends are in the tailpipes, and the mufflers are a straight through design.

A few years back when I did exhaust research, I found out that mac Systems were making the most hp on the market. This was then reinforced by a local shop doing dynos all with bbk headers but switching out midpipes and cat backs. I know they had magnaflows, flowmaster, mac, borla, and bassani. the Mac Prochamber and catback netted 3 more horse than anything else. :nice:

It was also sick on my 95 cobra
