The Chrome Is Peeling From My Wheel!!!

Like the title says...
I washed my car today and noticed a spot where the chrome is beginning to peel off from a couple of the studs in the wheel.
Christ!!!
These wheels are only 9 months old and have never seen salt or snow.
What should I do keep it from getting worse?
I'm going to contact the store where I bought them from about warranty information but I'm not sure how that will go.

Here's a tighter shot of the problem area.
You can see where the chrome is coming up from inside the center of the stud.
I'm trying to contact the sales department to find out if they can supply replacement studs that can be taken out and replaced with new ones.

No the chrome is actually flaking up and has become discolored inside the head of the studs... 2 so far.

Nah, this is peeling...

Mine had to go back to the supplier and they were replaced under warranty. Obviously a duff design as the replacements had been modified. Also cost me about £450 in shipping. The relacements seem more durable even if the 5 year warranty had been reduced to 3.
