I posted this in the 5.0 Talk Forum and got no responses, so I figured Id try here. OK, I have an 89 LX and I want to get a set of prostars. Ive searched and read for a few weeks now but there seems to be alot of different answers on which size will fit without any rubbing. My car is lowered about 1.5 inches. If I get a 15x8 with 26x10 inch drag radials out back I should be ok right? And do I need 4.5 or 5.5 inch backspacing? The quad shocks are still in the car and I would like to keep them there and I would rather not do any fender lip rolling. Also from what Ive read a 15x8 should fit up front so what size tire should I go with? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
