Throttle body help

i have a cobra intake and it has a throttle body stock and no spacer i was going to buy a new throttle body but was told i need spacer do i need one with the cobra intake? if so does it hurt not having one on there becaue the guy i bought the car from had it like this?

the cobra intake already has the egr spacer on it, so you just need a bigger throttle body.

No you dont need a spacer. The cobra intake has the extra space built in. You may want to match the opening to your TB though. Depending on what size you get. I think they have a 67 or a 70mm opening...not sure.

the TB opening on the cobra intake is 65 mm if using a bigger TB just grind some of the material from the intake
