timeing chain strech

i am assymbling my engine and i am wondering if i should use my old timeing chain or not. it is a double roller, and when i removed it the chain seemed to be streched, i am wondering how much they are expected to streach, and if i should use it or order a new one. this one only has maybe 7k miles on it.

Does it have over 3/4" deflection to one side? If so replace it...........
