Ok, I got the cloyes double roller timing chain set and I didn't mark down how it was before I took it off...doh!

Anyways, on the crank sprocket, there's a triangle, a rectangle, and a circle. On the cam sprocket, there's a dimple with which to line up with one of the shapes. Which one do I use? Thanks.

Well, in general timing sets with three keyways are +4*, straight up, and -4*. The one in the middle is straight up, obviously. Depending on what the situation is with the engine, just put the cam sprocket on and line up the marks. If you have a degree wheel and the engine is on a stand, you could even degree it in. That would be the best, since there is some variance from the factory with every timing chain setup. Good luck!
