Tire Size Help!!

i have american racing torque thrustII's on my 95' they are 11'' wide i think. i have 275/40/17 on them right now and they are not wide enough. they look like they are going to fall off. i am having trouble finding a 295 or bigger with more height. does anyone know where i can find these kind or tires? thanks

Call Sears Automotive Center and I'm sure they can help you out. They can at least tell you the company they order their not-in-stock tires from that you want. Prolly want to go in yourself, actually, because it's hard to negotiate want you're talking about over the phone with them because, they will try to sell you what's recommended for your car- not what you want. Plus, you can browse through the catalogs behind the desk of the companies they order from to find what you want.

They make 335/35/17 tires, which have 7.25mm more of sidewall than the 275/40/17's. Thats the best I could find. They'll fit on an 11" rim.
