tokico hp's or kyb-gr2's

I've got the Tokico's all around on mine, and I highly recommend them. Great ride, and handles much better than with the stock stuff. I have heard quite a few bad things about the KYB's, which is why I chose not to go that route.

I know this is not the same exact strut but I had the more spendy Tokicko Illumnas on one of the many civic that I owned and they were a great shock and they had good customer service when I need the lil adjusters(they were 5 way adj struts) but they kept braking on the threads where the nut tigtens to the shaft...shock wise/ride quality was awesome...Ive had KYB GR2's and they are ok for stock springs or progressive rate springs other than that they KYB Gr2's and Tokico "blues" are just stock replacements with a lil bit better quality....If you have the $$$ get some Bilsteins or Konis.....Koni "yellows" with some decent/agressive spring rates go well together
