Transmission Issues

Im having trouble getting into gears, usually at high speeds, sometimes at a dead stop. I know my throwout bearing is bad, I am wondering if it is my transmission, or if it is possible that my throwout bearing is causing this? Its in a 94 GT with the stock T-5 tranny. the clutch is a stage 2 ram, also have a pro-5.0 shifter.

A bad throw out bearing can definately cause this. How hard is it to shift it into gears with the engine not running. If it goes into gear easily with the engine shutoff and the clutch pressed in, then it is almost definately a clutch problem.
