tuning a 5.0 with quarterhorse

i have 88 mustang 5.0 heads cam intake exhuast i just got the moates quarter horse and i am using eec editor, i am trying to change my injector from the stock 19lbs to 24 lbs, i read alot on the internet and havent had much help with tuning the car for the mods. so my question is where do i start to tune my car for my injector and my other mods?

If you are just learning , Binary Editor is a little easier to learn off of IMO

ya this week thursday when i get paid i am getting the binary editor and eec analyzer

ok i been try to tune my car for a while! and i cant seem to get it to run good
its not firing in one cylinder i replaced my fuel injectors tested the wiring, o2 sensors, just trying to see if those were it no no change! any advice would be great i am starting to pull my hair out ive been trying to tune it for a while now and just want to get her going!
