Im am seriously thinking of ditching the idea of getting a dyno tune and just getting a tweecer r/t. The only way I can get away with this is if there is anybody in the area that can help me get a good base tune so I can drive my car. So that way I can take my time and learn how to use it myself while having a running automobile. Can anyone help me?

your best bet will be to check out.

here- the tuning section.

other places- will be the two eectuning forums. You wont "need" someone right there.

Best word of advise is to SEARCH on ALOT of the subjects as many things have been covered over on the forums.

A base tune will not be that hard (to run) and the whole idea with the tweecerR/T is to run it and datalog the eec. While it is running to not only see your changes but to use the log to work to a more perfect tune.

I 110% would also req. the program called Eec Annalizer (EA) it will be your best friend to knock down a big chunk of the harder stuff. Plus the help files are worth gold.
