Underdrive pulley install..... Need some HELP

I just began that installation of my FMS u/d pulleys. I want to take the stock water pump pulley off first, but I don't know how to get the fan disconnected from the pulley. The instructions say there is a nut to be loosened in front of the water pump, but I cannot find it. Can anyone describe to me as to where this nut is so I can get these damn things on? Thanks

Leave the belt on, loosen the 4 7/16 bolts that hold the fan to the pump. Might as well loosen the 4 crank bolts also. Remove the belt for more room, remove the 4 fan bolts. Then remove the two top fan shroud bolts...should be 7/16 also. Pry the fan away from the pump...the fan and shroud will have to come out together. Snug up the bolts when putting them back in...put belt back on and tighten them down.
