Urgent! Need Help With Light Bar

i have to idea on how to mount the light bar. i've taken off the rear panels and when i line up both side the poles of the light bar have nowhere to go down through. they line up with two big piece of metal that look like they serve a purpose and i cant drill through it. does anybody know of a picture installation guide online anywhere. thanks

What year car is it? I had a styling bar (same thing/no light) and it bolted to a support right above the speaker I think. Been a while since I had to mess with it.
