After 3 trips to the Zone I finally got the belt size right. So here it is. A 95 cobra with BBK underdriven alternator, crank and waterpump pulleys with the smog and a/c bypassed the belt size is an 8012k6. It fit like a champ, and I didn't have to buy a smaller idler or bypass the idler. Thought I'd get this out there for a search. Oh yeah and the string measuring method didn't work so hot for us. We took it through a serpentine measuring tool and it came out way too big.
