my home pc was wounded by some kinda trojan virus.. will cost me over $200 to get it fixed. Good thing I have my laptop that I use for school. I feel that whoever invents viruses and spyware and spam should be publicly executed. This has nothing to do with Mustangs, but what in this thread does? This is the sound-off-about-whatever thread.

$200? Wha? I've fixed computers with trojan's that involved no cash. That's odd. And what site's you be hitting that gives you those viruses? Hmmmmm :rlaugh:

But anywayz...hope you get it fixed with no probs. Watch out for those warez sites!

It wasn't one of THOSE websites; I know which ones are virus-free! It was a website for myspace picture comments. I'm staying out of them from now on.

At least the latest slap-fights over nissans and "I'll never buy a Ford again" have woken up this site, somewhat.. but it'll go back to sleep soon.

You know what, I drove a 2002 GT convertible for a few miles today, and I'm glad I did, because it made me feel a lot better about my own car. This convertible was an auto, like mine. I had the chance to give it some good gas pedal on a 55mph road, and while it was quicker than mine, it didn't feel nearly as quick as I thought it would. Being a 260hp V8 with the PI heads, I thought it would nail me to the seat like my 5.0 used to.... well it didn't. So on the dragstrip the GT convertible would waste my V6 hardtop, but around town, not as much difference as I thought. So that made me feel better! My car was quieter, smoother riding, and had better brakes, too. Oh and it's paid for.

I hear ya on that as my father in law's 04 GT auto doesn't seem much quicker either when I drove it a while back.

....Auto Trans on GT's :nonono: Give me a 5 speed. :nice:

Us V6ers are like dogs that have been tormented too much.. that's all we know, that's all we expect, so we instinctively snap and snarl.
Reminds me of one time I cracked a Mustang II joke in a forum.. before I knew it I had 3 or 4 Mustang II owners personally insulting me for weeks on end. I almost quit Stangnet because of that. Then I figured the best revenge is NOT to go away, since that's what they want. So here I am!

thats alot of nerve Mustang II's don't even count as Mustangs the only thing worse than a MII is a MII owner. What a waste of metal that thing was they should grind them all up and make Coleman camping stoves out of em'

PS: Sorry for the dis I'll go back home now (Peace)
