V6 vs GT suspension?

I did a search and cant believe that this hasnt been covered. Is there a difference between the two suspensions as far as struts and springs? Im asking because CASCO sells GT take-off springs, shocks, and struts for $80. Thats a bargan. If they fit I may buy a set and keep them for my V6 set wears out.

my steeda lowering kit is the same for the v8 and the v6 as for as i know the only diff is the added sway bar

According to the Ford Motor Vehicle Manufactures Spec sheet,, there is no difference between the GT and V6.. Only the Coupe and Vert
