Vibrating steering rack

I just installed my new rack yeserday and bled it. Here's the problem, when I turn the wheel left to right while parked, and sometimes driving there is what feels like a kick back or a vibration in the wheel. Feels like the rack itself is shaking. Could it be air in the system or maybe a bad rack or pump? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I'm betting it's probably air in the system, it's really hard to get it all out sometimes. Maybe you could check the reservoir for air bubbles after you turn it off.
