Vortech boost control needed with PMS?

I am installing a Vortech S-Trim and I have decided to get a PMS to go with this install. Should I still install the ignition/boost control that came with the Vortech or is this just redundent with what I can do with the PMS. I already have a MSD 6AL and I'm running out of room under the hood and don't want all the additional wiring if it's not needed. Thanks for the info!

no you won't need it, you will be pulling timing with the pms now
once you get the hang of it you will love the pms
