vortech t-trim w/ paxton air-to-air intercooler

i have a 96 cobra and i am wanting the vortech t-trim tuner kit (V4FK218-020TSQ ) but i was woundering if anybody knew if the paxton air-to-air intercooler (PAX1300001) will fit with the vortech unit? also i saw that the power pipes for the 96 cobra say for the vortech/paxton. therefore the inlet position of the blower has to be in the same place. therefore is the output of the compressor in the same place or not? if so shouldn't the intercooler fit both units?
