Water Pump/thermostat Housing

Is the power steering mounted where the AC is supposed to be? If so, why? I was hoping to see where the s bend flat bracket goes to the smog pump. OH NO THREAD JACKING! BUT PLEASE HELP if you can tell me where the smog pump bracket goes. I am putting smog stuff back to stock. thanks. Now back to the original poster.

The picture you have here shows to hoses coming out of your water pump, the one on the right going into the thermostat housing and where does the second one go? Mine has to hex headed plugs with teflon tape on them and plugged off on the water pump. I'm confused why it was done this way. Can anyone tell me why they would plug the holes off and plug the thermostat housing off also? I'm just trying to get everything fixed correctly or can I run it with the holes plugged off? Thanks in advance

I think that s a SNS 95 set up

You are correct in a (stock) Fox the AC is up top on drivers side with PS under it.
