welding on subframes?

what is the best weling for subfraes? and whats a good place to get it done? in my local area all the shops say they dont weld race cars!! and i have a lift its just not the drive on kind how can i weld these on my car if i cant get it on a lift?

Someone here has to know need the answer ASAP!!!!
