So I just bought what I thought was a 2002 gt...come to find out it has a S281 Saleen drive train front to rear. Even has the stickers under the hood telling what Saleen belts to use and what tune it has. I have no idea how to confirm what this is, but as I said it needs some work, i went on American muscle and ordered all this, it is in my box but I haven't closed out the order yet. I was hoping for some feed back before I seal the deal. Here is the list of what I have in my cart,,,

And I will be needing a clutch pressure plate,tob and,pilot bearing, maybe a flywheel if it is blued...any thoughts if I should do something else? Also of anyone may know why my traction controle light is on and won't come off,maybe you could point me in the correct direction..

Your traction control light could be on due to an ABS issue. Is your ABS light on?

Nope abs light is not on, only traction controle light, and it if off, get wheel spin on slight launch. I'm thinking it might have been bypassed at some point, thanks for the heads yo on the AM rep. Sure will do that,
