What all gaskets needed for head swap?

I'm getting ready to swap my gt40p heads and I was wondering what all gaskets are needed? I already have the exhaust gaskets that came with the headers. SO what others are needed?

Obviously the head gaskets, intake gaskets including a new upper to lower, might as well do a new thermostat. Are you doing a cam? That would require a timing cover gasket and water pump gasket. You should be able to reuse Valve cover gaskets if they are the stock type.
