Check Stinger's site, ebay, and your local junkyard to see what you can expect to pay. Here's the breakdown of what my swap cost:

    Total Cost of Transmission Swap:

    Pedal Assembly: $15
    Shifter: $10
    Bellhousing: $10
    Flywheel: $10
    Shift Knob: $10
    Shift Boot/Bezel: $10
    Driveshaft: $25
    Crossmember: $15
    Clutch kit: $60
    Pedal Assembly Sale: -$45
    Resurface: $25
    Clutch Fork: $7
    Clutch Cable: $10
    Tranny: $100
    Tranny Mount: $30

Don't forget to get an adjustable quadrant and FWA while you're in there.

Easy fix. Pull the tailhousing and the 5th gear parts are right there. No need to get into the main part of the trans. All you need is a punch to drive out the roll pin and a pair of snap ring pliers and you can either repair the synchro or replace the gears

Or you might need to replace the 5-R lever
