What Hood Do I Have?

Hey guys and gals,

So I finally got back to getting my 89 LX. I had one earlier in life but as it goes it went away but did find its way back to me. I am wondering if anyone knows what hood I have and if it will fit the ram air system in the link. They both look the same to me and they look at thou they would fit my hood. Thanks.

I believe that's the Stormin' Norman hood. You would want part #CER421.

Based on your photo's above....I don't believe this is the "Stormin Norman" hood, but rather the standard Cervini's "Ram Air" hood.

The Stormin Normin has a 2.5" cowl lift like the picture below

The standard "Ram Air" hood has a normal 1 1/2 height cowl section, which I believe is the same as the one in your picture.

...so, as a result, you'll want the CER420 kit, not the CER421
